William Snow, CISSP

Information Technology Director

With a diverse technical background, William plots the technical course for Moss. Focused on making Moss a construction industry technology leader, he is a master at utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build state-of-the art enterprise infrastructures.

His wide-ranging technical background, gained as a consultant to South Florida’s construction industry for more than a decade, has been invaluable in meeting the challenges of Moss & Associates’ dramatic growth.

William is responsible for maintaining the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Moss computing resources. He ensures excellent IT customer service and quick resolution of issues for Moss team members. He is also tasked with the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the company.

William believes that the construction industry has yet to maximize technology’s potential benefits. A strong proponent of open-source software—such as Linux—in the workplace, he is at the forefront of regional efforts to tackle the challenges of computer security and the ever-increasing danger to the corporate computing environment.

He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. He holds the Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) designation and is active in organizations including the International Systems Security Association and the FBI’s Infraguard organization, which teams the private and public sectors in efforts to protect critical national infrastructures.
