Executive Vice President
Bruce advances the entrepreneurial spirit of the Moss organization through finding creative ways to get to “yes” with outcomes that benefit Moss and our clients, employees and trade contractors. With his solutions-oriented approach, Bruce leads Moss's legal, accounting, finance, tax and risk management efforts and plays an integral role in the organization's international and strategic initiatives.
With a 30-year accounting and legal background, Bruce brings intimate familiarity with the legal, financial, operating and risk aspects of the construction business. After serving as general counsel for Clark Construction Group, he joined Centex Rooney Construction as general counsel in 1996, working closely for the next seven years with Bob Moss, who ran the Florida operations and from 2000 chaired Centex Construction Group, where Bruce continued as general counsel until 2003. After a two-year stint as vice president and general counsel at ADT Security Services, Bruce joined Moss & Associates as executive vice president and general counsel in 2005. In 2011, Bruce added the role of chief financial officer to his responsibilities.
Bruce's diverse background and expertise allow him to work with every aspect of the business, in solving problems, managing risk, mediating conflicts and preparing new generations of leaders at Moss & Associates.
Bruce is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an Authorized House Counsel with The Florida Bar. Bruce is vice president of the South Florida Associated General Contractors (AGC). He is also a member of the Temple Beth El of Boca Raton Board of Trustees.

Bruce earned a J.D. with honors from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant.
