Himmarshee Landing

The Himmarshee Landing Project consists of 9 high-end residential town homes, and a 5-story, 45,000 SF retail office building with an attached 4 cover parking garage. Also included is 9,500 SF of ground-floor restaurant and retail space with a 650 SF covered ocean access waterfront dining area, a pedestrian plaza for strolling, shopping and dining.

Himmarshee Landing was presented the "Community Appearance Award" for 2006 by the City of Fort Lauderdale. This award is for outstanding achievement in Urban Environmental Design.
