When completed in the Fall of 2008, this upscale urban living community will sit adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center and across from City Place Plaza, the Kravis Center for Performing Arts, and various commercial structures in downtown West Palm Beach. The 20 story residential tower will include 380 luxury condominium units; 40 private villas; an amenities area featuring a fitness center with steam room and sauna; clubroom; and business center. An additional 9,333 sq. ft. of retail space can also be found at street level. An 8 level parking structure capable of accommodating 685 vehicles will adjoin the tower and include a 22,940 sq. ft. recreation deck complete with resort style pool and spa, cabanas, cascading fountains and Palm Beach style gardens.

Tough logistical constraints required on-site crews to coordinate all work functions with neighboring properties including access, staging, work phasing, and safety. Prior to breaking ground, Moss provided several months of preconstruction planning services to assure that all budget and schedules were met. This structure represents the second major project that Moss has constructed for this owner.

This site will include retail space, a pool, a spa, and a parking garage.
