Himmarshee Landing

The Himmarshee Landing Project consists of a 5-story, 45,000 SF retail office building with an attached 4-story cover parking garage surrounded by nine high-end residential town homes. Also included is 9,500 SF of ground-floor restaurant and retail space with a 650 SF covered waterfront dining area, and a pedestrian plaza for strolling, shopping, and dining.

Himmarshee Landing was presented the "Community Appearance Award" for 2006 by the City of Fort Lauderdale. This award is for outstanding achievement in Urban Environmental Design. South East Construction Magazine chose Moss's Himmarshee Landing project for its BEST of 2005 Award in the Private Building category.
