One-hundred twenty-five miles just east of South Florida's Gold Coast is a little gem of an island called Chub Cay, the southernmost of the
Berry Islands. Over the years, Chub Cay has been the private get-a-way for many of America's affluent sportsmen
and women. Located within a half mile of the Tongue of the Ocean and bordered along its western shore by miles of
prolific flats, it offers spectacular offshore fishing for billfish, wahoo, dolphin and kings, along with reef dwellers and the
elusive gray ghost of the flats.
This Moss project includes the construction of a 200-slip marina, 16,000 SF Clubhouse, 5,000 SF Spa, 8,000 SF Mega-Yacht Facility, 57 Villas (Average 2,000 SF air conditioned space), 3000 SF Reception Building, 4000 SF Store/Informal Dining Building, New Utility Plant & Infrastructure, Dry Rack Storage, and 10,000 SF Staff Housing. There are more than 20 acres marked for future development. The project also includes resurfacing of a 5,000-foot airplane runway and a new Customs office and housing.
