This project consisted of selective demolition and renovation including new storefront
and curtain-wall systems, new stairway and elevator, architectural teak wood
ceiling systems, imported stone/porcelain tile work, and custom paint and textured
finishes. In addition to delivering a high level of quality expected at the resort, this
project was completed on an expedited schedule (approximately 10 weeks).
