This project entails the renovation of a 60 unit rental complex at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, including all site work, pools, and landscaping.

Interior renovation: Five (5) - three (3) story buildings, each building containing twelve (12) units, consisting of kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. Renovation to include, new ceramic tile in main living areas and bathrooms, new carpet in bedrooms, new millwork and custom cabinetry in kitchens and baths, all new interior doors, frames and hardware, new paint and complete fire protection system, fire alarm system and communications systems. Reworking and adding new electrical, including all new fixtures interior and site lighting.

Exterior renovation: This renovation will include new faux columns, repainting of exterior of building, new exterior ornamental railing, tree removal and relocation, new landscaping including water features and new hardscape elements such as planters and polished stones. New irrigation system, new curbs, sidewalks, and resurfacing of all asphalt. Renovation also includes a partial demolition of existing concrete walkways to install new pavers, resurfacing of exterior balconies and patios and some walkways.
