Designed to create a “welcoming Gateway”, this facility it will house the information and adjudication offices and the USCIS’s application support center. As construction manager, Moss is completing this Central Broward single story building, which includes a one-and-a-half story lobby and can accommodate 200 visitors. The project features a three level parking structure capable of accommodating 147 vehicles.

This facility will be completed as a LEED Silver Certified building and resistant to a Category 5 hurricane. Energy-saving features include extensive perimeter windows with overhanging louvers and sunshade panels to prevent excessive solar gain. Designed to provide a secure environment for employees and visitors while maintaining an inviting image, security has been integrated into the site design. Security setbacks will be maintained with a combination of seat wall, concrete planters and other landscape elements to provide a secure facility yet provide an open and welcoming environment for the public.
