Terminal 27 Renovation & Berth Expansion will consist of structural, mechanical, and interior improvement of approximately 100,000 SF of existing pier to create a new cruise terminal. It will also have an extension of an existing pier to create a new 350-foot cruise berth, and coordination of a new passenger loading bridge installation.

Terminal 4 Expansion will include the expansion of existing baggage area and passenger waiting area. Structural modification at building front with the creation of a new building entry.

New Bridge Construction will consist of the construction of a new vehicular bridge over an existing canal with the relocation of existing facilities for Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission and others.
