One-story, mixed-use facility including assembly, residential, garage, business, storage, and mechanical areas. The 4,000 square foot garage houses up to six fire rescue vehicles. Building construction consists of spread footings, concrete columns and beams, load and non-load bearing masonry walls, and steel roof joists. There will be facilities for gas fuel, diesel fuel, and propane on site including a pumping station.
