Parking Garage and Central Energy Plant

The Parking Garage is a 10-story precast structure that is over 500,000 SF. The Central Energy Plant will eventually house five generators that are over 2.5 Megawatts each, and five 3,500-ton chillers. The Energy Plant will provide chilled water for the entire Miller School of Medicine campus, and a future 300-bed hospital.
