This project includes the replacement of the existing cafeteria/multi-purpose area. The new building will be constructed of concrete and masonry, stucco exterior finish, steel bar joists for the roof structure, and a built-up roof system. Landscaping and irrigation will be included around the new cafeteria. A new parent drop off loop will be added; a new chiller will be added to operate the new cafeteria as well as a new bike parking area. New walkway canopies and sidewalks will transition the new cafeteria/multi-purpose area to the existing campus buildings and parking areas.
The existing staff and visitor parking areas will be resurfaced with asphalt and re-stripped including all signage. The existing buildings will receive ADA upgrades for building signage, handicap (HC) toilets, and HC ramps. The existing buildings will also receive repairs to the roof system and roof coping and re-paint of the entire campus exterior and walkway covers. There is an add alternate to remodel the existing cafeteria into a new multi-purpose and storage areas. The alternate also includes the addition of a new baseball infield, covered structure for the basketball courts and pavilion overhang at the playground area.
