 This project consists of the new construction of a two-story tilt-up wall panels for a 14 classroom building equipped with two stairwells and one elevator. The roof structure consists of steel bar joists and girders, metal decking and a bituminous roof system over a light weight insulated concrete deck. The exterior is a text-cote textured coating finish. A new chiller will be added to operate the new classroom. A new bus loop with sidewalks and covered concrete and aluminum canopies are included to transition to the existing campus building and site areas. There is an add alternate to demo the existing pool and add a new Olympic size pool. The alternate also includes revising the 14-classroom to a 24-classroom facility.
