Publix Supermarkets — Pompano

As construction manager, Moss built this grocery store within a densely populated urban community between existing retail centers and residential communities. In addition to constructing the new 46,000 SF facility, field crews were also required to restore and erect new canopies for the adjacent retail areas. Installation of new site drainage, site lighting, landscaping and asphalt pavement were also part of the scope of work.
All work was performed while the existing plaza remained in full operation to accommodate tenants. Moss addressed all items related to cost, schedule and logistics during the preconstruction planning phases and prior to commencing work in the field. The project represents one of eight projects that Moss has successfully constructed for the grocery store giant.
