Publix Supermarkets — Coral Way

This new 39,000 square foot prototype building was built in an active shopping plaza that includes new site drainage, site lighting, landscaping, and asphalt pavement throughout the site. Moss worked through the preconstruction process to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were met prior to commencing field work.
As construction manager, and while working under a negotiated contract, Moss has worked closely with this grocery chain giant on eight projects in South Florida over the past five years exceeding $64.5 million.
