Villa Zamora

This four story, 95,000 SF Mediterranean styled residential community, which sits at the center of Coral Gables, features 38 luxury condominiums above a controlled access parking garage capable of accommodating 69 vehicles.
As construction manager, and working under a negotiated contract, Moss worked closely with the owner, architect and consultants throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical items were addressed prior to commencing work in the field. Special attention to safety and security was critical due to the project’s close proximity to neighboring residences and businesses. Extensive communication and coordination with the local building department and inspectors was imperative to ensure that all code and compliance items were met. The project represents one of four major facilities that Moss has built for the owner.
