As construction manager, Moss built this upscale condominium, which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway in downtown West Palm Beach, on time and within budget while maintaining full operation of all surrounding properties.
The 12 story, 72,000 SF structure includes 48 condominiums above two levels of parking. Each of the units, which represent true loft style living, features volume ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass-railed balconies. Two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, spa and business center make up the remaining building amenities. The project represents one of two consecutive projects that Moss has built for this owner.
