This $129 million, 52-story tower encompasses 1.3 million SF of space and includes 530 condominium units and a 9 level parking garage. It features an oversized recreational deck with infinity edge pool, a Riverfront Club, marina and dock spaces, several restaurants, gourmet deli, coffee shops, dry cleaning, hair salon, video store, and an expansive outdoor and sport area with hammocks and lounge beds. Zen gardens and trails, water features and fountains, BBQ and picnic areas, children’s playground, tennis courts, and sand volleyball are additional amenities that make up this massive urban community.
Extensive coordination and communication was critical between all parties involved to ensure all safety, security and logistical concerns where addressed early and handled properly. To deal with the challenge of dewatering the site to prepare for the 11-foot-below-grade, 10,000-cubic-yard pile cap foundation, on site crews increased pump activity to 24-hours per day and diverted water into city-approved wells. This coupled with a uniquely developed deck pour sequence allowed site crews to stay ahead of schedule by two months. The project represents the second consecutive project that Moss has constructed for this owner.
