Representing the first luxury high-rise condominium complex in western Broward County, this massive $123 million luxury residential community includes two 26-story towers that sit atop a 4-level, 388,029 SF parking garage capable of accommodating 827 vehicles. The community features a resort style tropical pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, a tennis court, sports lounge, and business center.
As construction manager, Moss worked closely with the owner, architect and consultants throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget and schedule items were addressed prior to commencing work in the field. Special attention to safety and security was critical due to the project’s close proximity to neighboring residential communities and Sawgrass Mills Mall, a major retail destination. Extensive communication and coordination with the local building department officials and inspectors was imperative to ensure that all code and compliance items were met. The project represents one of four major mixed-use facilities that Moss has built for the owner.
