The Lexi Bayview Residences

As construction manager, Moss built this unique 18-story structure on a logistically challenging site while maintaining operations of all surrounding businesses and residential properties. The mixed use development features 164 upscale condominium units, a 5 Story, 445 space parking structure that sits beneath the residential tower and retail space at street level. Residents enjoy spectacular bay views and amazing building amenities including a resort-style pool, recreation deck, fitness center and gourmet restaurant.
Moss staff provided several months of preconstruction planning services to ensure that all budget, schedule and logistical items were addressed prior to commencing work in the field.
