Downtown Dadeland

This massive 1.5 million SF, mixed-use, complex spans several city blocks and features 416 condominiums in 7 unique buildings on its own street grid. The urban community also includes 120,000 SF of retail space consisting of boutique shops, restaurants, and select commercial services. Building amenities feature spacious terraces and balconies, extensive landscaping, central rooftop pools and recreation areas, and 24 hour restricted access to residential units. The project’s most challenging component was the construction of a 2 level 1001 space underground garage that spans 7 acres and sits 25 feet below the water table.

Logistical concerns were thought out before commencing work in the field. As construction progressed special attention to safety and coordination was critical due to the project’s close proximity to adjacent malls, businesses and residential communities.
