This unique, self-contained, private community encompasses 881,000 SF and features 288 luxury condominiums within its two 10-story structures. Each tower includes its own courtyard with palm-shaded private pool, sundeck and spa surrounded by landscaped gardens. Building amenities include elegant lobbies, a private gym, and 284 reserved parking spaces within the 4-story garage. Colonnade sidewalks, tree-lined pedestrian walkways and a park make up the remainder of this urban community.
Built within an active urban community, Moss staff kept all adjacent properties in full operation while construction took place. Moss worked closely with the owner and designers during a lengthy preconstruction process and proposed several value engineering items that resulted in $1.4 million in savings at project completion.
