Client: Related
Architect: Roger Fry
Situated in downtown West Palm Beach, adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center, across from City Place, the Kravis Center for Performing Arts and various commercial structures, this upscale mixed use facility was constructed in budget and ahead of contract schedule. The 20-story residential tower includes 380 luxury condominium units and features 40 private villas and amenities area consisting of a fitness center with steam room and sauna, clubroom and business center. An 8 level parking structure capable of accommodating 685 vehicles adjoins the tower and includes a 22,940 sq. ft. recreation deck complete with resort style pool and spa, cabanas, cascading fountains and Palm Beach style gardens. An additional 9,333 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space is located at street level.
Tough logistical constraints required on-site crews to coordinate all work around neighboring properties. Prior to commencing work in the field, Moss provided several months of preconstruction planning services to ensure all of the owner’s program requirements were met. The assignment represents the 2nd project that Moss has built for this owner.
