Carillon Beach Sunrise & Sunset Condos

As construction manager, Moss built this upscale residential community in the North Gulf Coast along the Panhandle. It includes three, 7-story, luxury condominium towers with each unit featuring high-end finishes such as marble vanities and windowsills, ceramic floor tiles, crown moldings, and granite countertops and backsplashes. The 65,471 SF Carillon Beach Inn consists of 70 condominium units and a common area while the 83,500 SF Sunrise and Sunset condominium towers provides 14 units each. Prior to commencing construction, Moss worked closely with the owner and their designers during the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget and schedule requirements were met. All work, which was completed on time and within budget, took place while keeping all adjacent facilities operational.
