Situated adjacent to the New River along a very active stretch in downtown Fort Lauderdale, this five story mixed-use facility sits atop a four level 650 space garage and features 45,000 SF of office space, 9,500 SF of retail and restaurant space at street level, and a 650 SF covered waterfront pedestrian plaza and dining area. Nine luxuriously appointed townhomes, which make up the remainder of the complex, are wrapped along the east portion of the complex.
Despite the challenge of building adjacent to existing businesses, a congregational hall, an upscale residential community, and along a major downtown thoroughfare, Moss completed this unique facility on time, in budget and with minimal disruption to the community. The upscale facility won many awards for quality workmanship from various local and national industry organizations.
