University of Miami Schwartz Center for Athletic Excellence

As project manager, Moss constructed the University of Miami’s 30,000-square-foot Schwartz Annex, which serves as the focal point of the entire sports complex. The facility’s design ties into the existing complex and connects to the football practice field.

The second phase of the project included the renovation of the existing locker rooms. During construction, the coaches’ locker room needed to be relocated over a weekend to accommodate the University’s football season.

Moss provided construction management at-risk services including cost estimates at design development, schematic design, and construction document phases, as well as development of the guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

Moss also worked throughout all phases of construction to establish and monitor site quality control and quality assurance, as well as oversee occupant move-in.
