Moss worked on a fast-track schedule to complete both design and construction of this 4-story medical building. This facility features 20 exam rooms, optical and podiatry centers, a CT scanning suite, ultrasound and echo facilities, an urgent care center, labs and diagnostic rooms, a dental area and various nurse stations.
Moss worked through a very short preconstruction time frame with the owner and designers to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were addressed prior to beginning work in the field. To ensure a fast-track delivery, Moss dedicated an operations team from the onset to review all structural components – from foundation and structure to exterior skin and roofing – to determine the best materials and practices. A phased permitting schedule provided for early release of trade packages, site demolition and foundations start. The project represents the second consecutive project that Moss constructed for this owner.
