Marion County Judicial Expansion

This expansion project sits adjacent to an the courthouse that members of Moss originally constructed in 1990. The five story 150,000 square foot structure will feature courtrooms, jury quarters, improved inmate access and holding cells, administrative offices and secured parking areas for judges and government officials. As construction manager, Moss provided several months of preconstruction planning services to ensure that all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were addressed prior to commencing work in the field. Field crews communicated regularly with owner representatives and adjacent business owners to ensure minimal disruption while coordinating work around existing facilities. The assignment represented one of several projects that Moss constructed for this public agency under a five year continuing contract.
