Lauderhill Municipal Complex

This 4-story municipal office building is the first LEED Silver City Hall in all of Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. The new municipal complex is constructed in the heart of the City’s business district and provides workspace environments for the offices of the Mayor, Commissioners, City Manager, and supporting departments. In addition, it includes a 150-seat Commission Chamber with a pre-function area, which is available to the community and civic events. Proximity to adjacent commercial areas and a green public park space created safety and logistical challenges for on site crews who had limited access for staging and laydown.
