Crestwood Middle School Modernization

Location: Royal Palm Beach, Florida
Client: School District of Palm Beach County
Architect: Tercille Courtemanche Architects

Crestwood Middle School's student population was on the rise, and the School Board of Palm Beach County asked Moss to modernize the school's facilities. Included in the Royal Palm Beach project was expanding the existing multi-purpose dining area by remodeling three adjacent classroom spaces, and bringing all facilities up to Florida's stringent building code. Moss also provided site and utility developments consisting of drainage modifications, resurfacing the bus drive, expanding existing parking areas, and making new paving, lighting, fencing and walkways available for students, faculty and staff. As the Construction Manger at Risk, Moss worked closely with the School Board of Palm Beach County and Tercille Courtemanche Architects to complete the 85,000 SF modernizations while keeping safety and schedule a constant priority.
