Boulevard Heights Elementary Modernization

As construction manager, Moss completed this elementary school modernization two months ahead of schedule and under budget while maintaining campus operations. In addition to expanding and renovating the existing cafeteria and multi-purpose building, on site crews upgraded ADA code requirements in adjacent structures and installed new landscaping, irrigation systems, walkway canopies, sidewalks and parent drop off loop. A new 150 ton chiller was also added to support the expanded facility.
Moss worked throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were addressed prior to commencing work in field. The project represents one of 11 projects that Moss has successfully constructed for the School Board of Broward County.
