Apollo Middle School Expansion

As construction manager, Moss completed this modernized middle school under budget and seven months ahead of schedule while keeping the existing campus in full operation. The 44,086 sq. ft. expansion and renovation features a new two story building consisting of 14 classrooms and 200 ton chilled water plant to support the expanded space. Field crews also upgraded ADA and life safety requirements and reconstructed sidewalks, canopies and bus loop.
Moss worked throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were addressed prior to commencing work in field. The project represents one of 11 projects that Moss has successfully constructed for the School Board of Broward County.
