Gadsden Correctional Facility Expansion

This project is a $15.7 million, 71,000 SF expansion to the Gadsden County Correctional Facility. The project included 88 cells and 560 inmate beds and was constructed within the secured perimeter of this women’s correctional facility, with a minimum disruption to normal operations. In addition, this project included a renovation of medical and visitation areas; kitchen; and cafeteria, which services over 1,000 inmates per meal (Work performed around meals).
