Citrus County Jail & Courts Expansion

This project is a 70,326 SF, $17.5 million expansion project of the Citrus County Detention Center. The project included the addition of 360 inmate beds, a medical facility, outdoor recreation area, and renovations to portions of the existing facility. All work was completed within the secure perimeter of this occupied men and women’s correctional facility, which required extensive, frequent, and precise coordination between Moss, subcontractors, vendors, and detention staff.
