Bay Correctional Facility Expansion

This $9.6 million 35,598 SF one and two story addition includes a 235 inmate bed dormitory, recreation area, basketball courts, covered walkways and retention pond. As part of the scope of work, Moss staff was also required to renovate segregation cages, showers, medical rooms and staff lockers in portions of the existing structures as well as adding classroom and visitation areas. Various systems connected between the existing facility and new expansion. This included security electronics, with all work completed on an occupied campus.
