Neil L. Hammack
Vice President
As Vice President for Moss’ Healthcare Division, Neil leads initiatives throughout Florida. With over over 28 years of Healthcare experience, 10 of those years working closely with EVP, Joe Harris, he cultivates a group of existing Healthcare clientele while also developing selective commercial opportunities throughout Florida. Neil is responsible for overseeing the development and growth of the Healthcare Division, while also overseeing on-site project coordination, staff, scheduling, budgeting, bid package management, and billing.
Neil is a native Floridian from the Tampa Bay area with a Bachelor Degree from the University of Florida in Construction Management. Prior to joining Moss in 2008, Neil held senior management positions for a multinational construction company. His career began in the field building hospitals, giving him a strong foundation of knowledge that allowed him to pursue roles managing Healthcare projects primarily in Florida and throughout the United States.
