Scott Moss
Senior Vice President/Project Executive
Scott Moss works at Moss as a Senior Vice President/Project Executive. Scott's 12 years of experience in the construction industry give him the background to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects. He negotiates and writes all subcontracts and purchase orders, develops and manages project schedules, controls the budget, approves pay applications, supervises and manages the on-site staff, and supports the project Superintendent with any needed resources. Scott is also very active at various Universities participating in recruiting events for the company.
Scott began his career as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Project Manager with Centex Rooney. He has built Bass Pro Shops retail outlets throughout the Southeast United States, and has managed the entire construction process for a major mixed-use development in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Scott received a BS in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He is a Florida Certified Building Contractor and General Contractor.
