Chad Moss
Senior Vice President/Project Executive
Chad Moss manages multiple construction projects, preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, contract management, billing, public relations, and new project pursuits.
Prior to joining the family owned and operated Moss & Associates, Chad began his career as an assistant field engineer, project engineer, project manager, and account manager. The strong relationships that he has built during his 16 years in the South Florida construction industry make Chad an invaluable team member.
His experience includes construction management of retail shopping centers, including a number of Publix Supermarkets throughout Florida. He has also managed the construction of a number of office buildings in South Florida as well as churches and government buildings. Most recently, Chad completed five United States Immigration buildings for the General Service Administration, which is the federal agency that provides office space, goods and services to other federal agencies.
Chad is an emerging leader and experienced professional with LEED certified projects (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) having completed five LEED Silver projects in the past year.
Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and currently is on the Advisory Board for Construction Management Program at FIU. He is also actively involved in the Construction Association of South Florida and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
