The Sheridan House Family Resource Center is a 15,400 SF Administration Building. The site will occupy 57 acres consisting of but not limited to 4 boys dorms, 3 girl dorms, a counseling center, maintenance building, a guard house, a single mother dormitory, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, swimming pools, and a 5 acre lake. Sheridan House is a non-denominational Christian organization that helps girls and boys who are in need of disciplinary counseling, as well as single mothers and couples who may need advice/counseling.

The building is block construction with stucco. It is a classical style of architecture with Doric columns in the front and rear of the building, as well as on the four corners of the cupola in the center of the building. It has a standing seam metal roof with dormers at the sides and center of the roof. French doors open to brick pavers below a veranda on both the east and west side of the building. It will house special events, board meetings, counseling, offices, and administration and support (IT, Mail, Lounge, etc.). It is located at the center of the site, and will be the focal point of Sheridan House for years to come.
